Lifestyle characteristics of Alzheimer's patients

I realized that my Alzheimer's patients had three definite lifestyle characteristics in common:

1. POOR QUALITY SLEEP (they had jobs that required them to work 18 hour days or be on call throughout the night).

2. UNPREDICTABLE STRESS (they stayed in a state of "high alert", waiting for the next beeper from the hospital ER or courtroom or radio alert from police headquarters); and

3. A SEDENTARY LIFESTYLE BECAUSE OF TIME DEFICIENCY (devoted to work, they took no time for themselves to exercise or even relax.)
