Excessive exercise without proper nutrition unhealthy

In both men and women, extreme exercise can also damage reproductive cells by generating enormous amounts of free radicals. Although aerobics is popular among young women, and such exercise is a good way to keep a trim figure and to feel better, less depressed, and more energetic, the problem with this kind of exercise is that most people do not correspondingly increase their antioxident intake. This imbalance can lead to severe free-radical injury to all tissues, leading to rapid again and an early onset of several degenerative diseases. More importantly for those who intend to become parents is the increased risk of genetic damage to their children, including early onset of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, strokes, hypertension, or other degenerative diseases.
