Abstract:The article reports on the controversial study which links fluoride to bone cancer, headed by Doctor Chester Douglas, professor and chair of the Department of Oral Health Policy and Epidemiology in Massachusetts. A student assistant to Douglas found a robust relationship between osteosarcoma and young boys' exposure to fluoridated water. However, Douglas did not disclose the findings to the public. He even lied about the actual figures of the research.
