Abstract:The article discusses the study which examines the factors affected the risk of having gout. The study used 29,000 healthy, physically active male runners who were identified with meat consumption. Researchers found that increased risk of gout include higher alcohol intake, lower fruit intake, and less physically active to become vegetarian.
