Abstract:The article provides information on the nutritional support for multiple sclerosis (MS). According to studies, diets rich in animal and dairy products are linked to increased incidence of MS. People who ate lots of fruit juice, grains and fish were at lower risk while those who ate pork, hot dogs, sweets and candy appeared to be at higher risk for MS. Coenzyme Q10, alpha lipoic acid, ginkgo biloba and candex are some of the suggested nutritional support for MS.
