Abstract:The article discusses the claim that vitamin C supplementation causes kidney stones. A study shows that only 22 percent risk of kidney stone formation in men who consumes 1,500 milligrams per day or more of vitamin C, compared with the risk in men who consumes less than 250 milligrams of vitamin C per day.
